The Board of Directors of the Lutheran Manor Society invites you to its AGM on Tuesday, March 24th, at 7 PM. The Guest Speaker for the occasion is Mr. Tony Roy, Executive Director of the BC Non-Profit Housing Association. He will talk on the dual issues of Homelessness and Affordable Housing. The topic is a timely one for our city, our churches, and our non-profit housing societies.
The Board also welcomes you to attend the business meeting (AGM) of the Lutheran Manor Society. According to the Society's bylaws, eligible voters are those "who demonstrate commitment to the Organization's mandate, are members of the Greater Vancouver Conference of the BC Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada, or members of church bodies with whom the aforementioned is in full communion, and who attend the Annual General Meeting of the Lutheran Manor Society."
The Lutheran Manor is located at Yukon Street and 10th Avenue, very close to Vancouver City Hall. While parking is a bit of a squeeze in our neighbourhood, access by bus or Skytrain is excellent, only 1 1/2 blocks from the City Hall Canada Line station).
