A Requiem Eucharist in thanksgiving for the life of Bishop Jim Cruickshank will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, Vancouver, BC, 690 Burrard Street at Georgia in downtown Vancouver on Saturday, January 16, 2016 @ 3pm. In his kind and thoughtful way Jim left his family with very specific instructions about his funeral liturgy, and we are following his wishes. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers to the Sorrento Centre or to Vancouver School of Theology.
Bishops are invited to vest and process; clergy, other than those with specific roles in the liturgy, are invited to sit in the congregation.
There will be a light reception in the Cathedral nave and Parish hall at the conclusion of the service. All are invited.
