We have lots planned for this special worship service marking the start of our new program year, including a “Blessing of the Backpacks” for students of all ages (please bring your backpacks!), “Super Sunday” program for children & youth, amazing music and prayers, and of course yummy food and great conversation afterward!
This is all part of Kickoff Weekend, celebrating the beginning of our new program year. The previous day (Saturday, Sept. 12, 10am-2pm) is our annual Neighbourhood BBQ & Rummage Sale, which will be held rain or shine! Come bargain-hunt, share a FREE (while it lasts!) BBQ lunch, tour the church, & meet new friends in the neighbourhood! Lots of goodies to be found, including household goods, clothing & accessories, furniture, books, and more…
