In her seasonal letter to clergy for Lent, Bishop Skelton shared that she very much enjoyed her visit to St. Christopher's, West Vancouver, February 25, Lent II.

She confirmed a younger member of the parish and met St. Christopher's recently arrived Music Director, Dr. Kosta Bozhinov. The bishop was "treated to an anthem of guitar, harp and choir that was a beautiful way to rest and reflect before being sent out by the Reverend Helen Lingham, our visiting deacon for the day."

Bishop Skelton had lunch with Parish Council and interim priest-in-charge, the Reverend Karen Urquhart (who has now been at St. Christopher's for six months) following the coffee hour and reported that she enjoyed the exciting discussion that took place during and after the meal.
