A letter sent by Bishop Michael Ingham to BC Premier Gordon Campbell at the request of the Environmental Unit to urge the provincial government to set targets for the reduction of green house gas emissions not only resulted in front page news in the Vancouver Sun but also the above cartoon in the Province.
Cartoonist Graham Harrop gave the original to the Rev. Walter Bailey, priest in charge of St. Richard's, North Vancouver, and to TOPIC, his generous permission to reprint it.
