'Moved that Diocesan Council creates a Task Force on Diocesan Physical Resources to hold a diocesan Conversation and recommend processes and procedures for the allocation and re-allocation of new and existing physical resources and property for the current and future mission of the church of the diocese. Bishop Michael is requested to appoint the chair person and membership is to include at least a regional archdeacon, a regional dean, a diocesan legal officer, a member each of Administration and Finance Committee and the Ministry and Congregational Development Committee, and be resourced by the senior staff."

The Task Force will report to Diocesan Council and Synod in May of next year.
