On Saturday, March 1, St. David's Day of 2014, the Reverend Canon Melissa M Skelton of the Episcopal Diocese of Olympia was consecrated and installed as the 9th Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster.
A very happy anniversary to Bishop Skelton and to all of us.
