The Rev’d Dr. Wendy Fletcher, Principal and Dean, the Board of Governors of Vancouver School of Theology, Faculty and Staff wish to announce the appointment of the Very Reverend Peter Elliott, Rector of Christ Church Cathedral and Dean of the Diocese of New Westminster, as Chancellor of V.S.T. Peter succeeds Dr. Louise Rolston effective January 1st who served for three years after Archbishop Douglas Hambidge stepped down as Chancellor.
The Chancellor is a volunteer senior leadership position, participating in the life of the school as a member of the Board of Governors, Faculty Council, serves as President of the Friends of VST and presides, as an officer of the school at Convocation
Archdeacon Ronald Harrison completed three years also as Chair of the Board of Governors and January 1st was succeeded by Dr. Heather Clarke, Board member and parishioner of Shaughnessy Hts. United Church.
