PWRDF's longstanding partner in Sri Lanka, the Organization for Eelam Refugee Rehabilitation (OfERR) is offering a volunteer placement of 4 – 6 months for an individual with experience in proposal and grant writing. It is hoped that the volunteer will assist OfERR in preparing proposals, and even more importantly, help the OfERR staff and volunteers develop their own capacity in this area.
