The Parish of St. Matthew, Abbotsford, "Tree of Hope" was donated
anonymously by a parishioner to the Abbotsford Hospice Society. The
Trees are purchased by businesses and organizations in the community for
$550.00 each (funds raised from the purchases go to the Hospice) and they are then decorated by the people who purchased them.
The Trees are on display in Abbotsford's, Sevenoaks Mall from December 1st to January 6th. Visitors to the mall are asked to vote on the best decorated tree and the winner's names and a photograph is published in one of the Abbotsford papers.
