This Lent Quiet Day will continue the work of the Feather Dance project with focus on listening to learn. Rikki Kooy, Indigenous mentoring elder and artist/designer, will be with us to share stories and guide us. The event will include contemplative community hand work as an act of reconciliation. There will also be assorted self-guided creative contemplative practices for Lent.

All are welcome! Tea & goodies provided. Bring a bag lunch. Restaurants and stores also in proximity, if needed. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Tickets via eventbrite. Proceeds will go to support the Feather Dance project. Please let us know if cost is prohibitive. Also, if purchasing a ticket online is not an option for you, email us at sthildegards@icloud.com or call 604-266-8011 ext.1.

Feather Dance is an ongoing Indigenous-led, Indigenous-settler collaboration in textile arts, with a focus on storytelling, wisdom sharing, and relationship building.
