A yoga retreat for those identifying as female.

Facilitated by Jodi Krahn

In this one day workshop we will take a deep dive into our female journeys through the embodiment practices of restorative/yin yoga and intuitive movement, expressive art, deep self inquiry, creative and journal writing. We will explore what fierce self nurture looks like and why it is essential for any path of transformation. We will also explore our relationship with our bodies, body shame, body image restoration and what it means to  truly nourish ourselves mind, heart, body and soul so that we can embody our precious lives and reach our highest potential and calling.

Registration: $135 or $150 (for both the Friday evening and the retreat), drinks and snacks are provided. Bring a lunch. Limited to 20 women.
