DESCRIPTION:Walk down many streets in the Lower Mainland\, and you will see
evidence of a diversity of faith communities. We encounter the people of
faith from these communities in our neighbourhoods\, workplaces\, schools\
 , supermarkets\, community centres\, and stadiums.\nWhat do they believe?
How have we got on in the past and how do we relate to each other now? How
might these relationships be deeper and contribute more to the wellbeing
of our communities? These are some of the questions we will be asking in t
his study.\nJoin us in person at St. Thomas Anglican Church at 2444 E 41st
Avenue\, Vancouver\, V5R 2W4\, or via Zoom .  We will meet at the church
at 6pm each night for a potluck dinner. The discussion will start at 7pm.
  Phone us at (604) 434-6111 for more information.  \nSeptember 6  - Man
date and Mission \nWhat are the key indicators Jesus gave us about relatin
g to people of other faiths? What has been the tone of these relationships
in the past? How did we go from being the victims to being the aggressors
? What does this tell us about how we might approach people of other faith
 s today?
