There is a Leadership Institute with the civil society organization Metro Vancouver Alliance (MVA) coming up
the evening of Friday March 15 and Saturday, March 16.
If any parish would like to send one or two people to consider this listening model of community organizing for the common good, please let me know. You could sign up with the Diocese of New Westminster Eco-Justice Unit and there wouldn’t be a cost.
This model has value for building community within a parish as well as what we do together with other organizations in the lower mainland.
Our diocese is one of the Sponsoring Organizations of MVA.
