Supports parish ministry by facilitating the Consultants Group. Encourages parish leaders and offers opportunities for parishes to update and re-evaluate existing ministry plans. Other supports include one-on-one coaching in congregational development and facilitating one-time events (diocesan, deanery, and parish-based) such as parish visioning days and workshops. She is also the facilitator of the Membership Growth Practitioners Group for clergy wanting to learn techniques to grow their parishes and create sustainable communities of faith.
