Vancouver organists present an eclectic programme of music on the mighty three-manual Casavant Frères organ at St James’ Anglican Church. This annual by-donation event, presented in collaboration with the Vancouver Centre of the Royal Canadian College of Organists, is a wonderful opportunity to hear and meet talented local artists in concert on the historic 1938 pipe organ at St James'.
On the programme are works by Hendrik Andriessen, JS Bach, Denis Bédard, William Bolcom, John Cook, Christopher Dalton, WA Mozart, Georg Muffat, Einar Traerup-Sark, Louis Vierne, and James Alfred Lefébure-Wély.
