This is church—we never have disagreements,” said no one, ever. Pinch points, heated conversations, and the silent treatment are all part of being a community, and members of parish council are often expected to get involved.

This very short introduction will provide starting points for strengthening your church by helping to transform conflict into greater understanding and compassion.
