All are warmly invited to join the St. Hildegard's Sanctuary community to celebrate the unveiling of the Feather Dance Project
Feather Dance is an Indigenous-led, Indigenous-settler collaboration in textile arts with a focus on storytelling, relationship building and community handwork.
In the words of Rikki Kooy, Indigneous Artist/Designer and Project Lead:
"Feather Dance is a work of hands extended in friendship, reaching out to each other as we walk the journey of faith together."
St. Hildegard's Sanctuary is an inclusive, arts-based, contemplative Christian community that gathers on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples.
This project was made possible by the generous support of the Anglican Foundation of Canada and valued private donors.
