On Sunday, September 12 Christ Church Cathedral is pleased to present “When I Am Lifted Up: The Cross at the Heart of the Church” a presentation by the Rev. Canon Dr. Kara Slade of Trinity Church, New Jersey to mark Holy Cross Day.
The Rev. Canon Slade is associate rector at Trinity Church in Princeton, New Jersey, a Canon Theologian of the diocese of New Jersey, Anglican Studies instructor at Princeton Theological Seminary and a fellow of Rockerfeller College at Princeton University.

Using a cappella choral music of the masters, hymns, and poetry of Susan Palo Cherwien. This 40-minute concert moves us through various themes of the theology of the cross.
