Following the ordination and consecration and prior to the "Peace", the newly ordained Co-Adjutor Bishop of the Diocese of New Westminster, the Right Reverend John Stephens spoke to the diocese and the greater church.Only the principals were able to attend at Christ Church Cathedral, Vancouver onsite, the liturgy was livestreamed, 11am January 23, 2021.
