The Eco-Justice Unit of the diocese of New Westminster is joining with St Anselm’s Anglican parish in encouraging your participation in the series every Wednesday in October at 7:30pm

You will see by clicking the link that the focus is on our relationship with God’s creation and our responsibility.

We would like to invite Anglicans and those of other religious traditions who are passionate about ecological justice to join us for homemade soup and delicious bread and conversation before the session.

St Anselm’s folks are caring for us in doing this.

Soup and bread and conversation: 5:45-7pm every Wednrsday, October 7, 14, 21, 28 at St Anselm’s. The series follow the meal and begins at 7:30pm

This is an opportunity to meet and talk with others for whom faith and ecological justice and the well-being of creation is about loving this beloved world God has given us.

We will be intentional in our time together over our meal in relationship building and listening about what is at the heart of our commitment.

What indeed do we want to build upon together towards change that we so deeply desire? What action might arise from our time together?

The Eco-Justice Unit of the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster will continue to support directions that we may come up with together as we meet and listen and reflect and decide upon commitments of action within our faith communities.

Please do e-mail The Reverend Margaret Marquardt, Chair of the Eco-Justice Unit if you would like to come to the first meal Wednesday October 7, 5:45pm, (or as soon as you can arrive – let me know).  Or if you can’t come the first Wednesday, but want to come other weeks you are most welcome. E-mail me to let me know. I would appreciate hearing of your interest in gathering for a meal , attending the series and strengthening our work together.
Please let me know at the latest by Sunday October 4th if you are sharing the meal October 7th. We will have a signup sheet for each week

You are also welcome to invite others to join us for the meal.
