After meditating on the Cross, the St. David’s community had the opportunity to nail a piece of paper with a prayer or with a sin, with the understanding that each piece of paper would later be burned at the Easter Vigil service. It was a great experience observing the younger people of the parish as they helped the elders nail their papers to the Cross.
St. David’s has a new parking lot and Pastor Paul noticed a bump in the new asphalt. When he took a closer look he saw a new green sprig of life breaking through the black of the tar. An image of hope during Holy Week.
