The Ecumenical/Multi-Faith Unit Group and the Bishop of New Westminster have coordinated a letter of greeting to local Muslim communities on the occasion of the end of Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr. This year Eid al-Fitr begins on April 21.

You can learn about Eid al-Fitr here and why it is an important day in the faith tradition of our Muslim neighbours.

As followers of Christ, we take seriously Jesus' call to walk in peace with one another. If you have a Muslim friend, neighbour, co-worker, or family member, be sure to share with them this letter of greeting and the peace Christ has given you.

The Ecumenical/Multi-Faith Unit Group is looking for new participants who are interested in learning about building relationships with people of differing faiths and Christian traditions. If you feel called to ecumenical or multi-faith work, please connect with the Reverend David Taylor at dmatthew.taylor@gmail.com.
