Camp Artaban on Gambier Island is celebrating its 100th birthday!

A music group, Fall Rising, performed a benefit concert at St. John’s, Sardis.

The evening was filled with original music performed by its members: Andy Fast, Kevin Biegel, Andrew Hall and Jonathan Ferris. Artaban staff were also present to sell some Artaban merchandise aka ‘swag’.

The concert was "by donation” and well-attended by parishioners and the public. Although Camp Artaban has been independent of the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster for more than a decade many diocesan members and parishes support the camp and contribute to its ongoing ministry.

Thanks to all who made donations that will enable sponsorship for some campers this summer.
