The research is clear. Lifelong learning and church vitality go hand in hand. How can this link be strengthened in your parish? Attend a free informative session to explore the “why” of lifelong formation and how it can happen, no matter the size or location of your congregation. This session will also be an opportunity to discern joining a cohort of parish leaders who want to develop their skills and abilities to grow cultures of faith formation in their churches. Following this session, we will be offering 2-3, 75 minute online workshops and a one day in person workshop to incrementally build a plan for formation that is adapted to the needs and context of your church.
