On June 1, St. John's, Shaughnessey is holding its annual Memorial Evensong service. This service is a special way to remember and pray for those laid to rest in the church’s Garden of Remembrance. While all are welcome to attend this Evensong, those whose loved ones are interred in the Garden of Remembrancde are especially welcome.
Ashes located at three nonextant churches (St. Mark’s, St. Chad’s & Holy Trinity) have been transferred to the Garden of Remembrance at St. John's, Shaughnessey. If your loved ones were interred at one of those churches, you especially are welcome to attend this Evensong.
