The Reverend Charles Balfour who retired December 31, 2015 from full-time ministry after 20 years as rector of St. John the Divine and Monique Campbell were married.
It was a beautiful wedding attended by many from Charles's former parish. The Reverend Gordon Shields who completed more than two years of interim ministry at St. George, Maple Ridge early in 2016 officiated.
